Female - P90x or Turbo Fire?

I'm 32 years old looking to lose ~10-15 pounds and mainly fat loss (I'm 5'5 and weigh 140). Which is the better program for that?? Which do women in my similar position prefer?

    i really like the p90x, quick results and it's fun!

    I have women team members that do both. Turbo fire is a great routine that uses dance and cardio with some weights. P90X is a hard core 90 day Strength workout with some cardio. It depends what you'r looking for. You'll lose the weight with either one.

    I have a girl at work who has used both and personally likes the Turbo Fire much better. More dance incorporated and she said the instructor is very motivating. She keeps talking to you and encouraging you to keep going. I guess it just all depends on what you think would keep you interested and motivated more :-)

    Thats funny! My friend and I were just looking at the turbo fire! Think she will get that and I just started Insanity and then we will trade! Turbo Fire looks FUN! P90x would get you fast results for sure though! I would start with that!!!!!

    I do p90x and I love the videos. I have a hard time making time for strength training, I get a lot of cardio in... but I know I need the muscle:) I just have to say though that at my 5 ft 1 in 127lb size body Im going to benefit just as much if not more (to lose body fat) by eating clean... just sayin:) Its supposed to make a big difference so Im waiting to see results... I think I need to do it more consistently, less alcohol, etc. so this week will be my real first test to see if eating has just as much (if not more) to do with fat loss. I do my measurements at the beginning of every month. I weigh all the dang time! ha:) And too I think its possible I need to give it more time...

    AND!!!lol I do a turbo jam video that a friend gave me guess theres a whole series of that too, I love it! I love the kickboxing stuff and its a great cal burn...
