What is your *one* thing that you *must* do?

What is that one thing that keeps you honed in, mentally? Whether it is during a workout, or a food choice, or whatever? Just curious to, I guess what you could call a superstition type thing (but not really a superstition). Just whatever you feel like you *must* do in order for you to lose weight, even if you know in your head it doesn't REALLY do the trick alone?

(I hope someone understands my ramblings, lol).

    Keep moving.

    If I allow myself to "relax" on the weekends for any more than an hour - I'm done... I will be laying around all weekend...

    When I first started trying to drop some weight I was doing the 17 Day Diet. You are supposed to drink an 8oz glass of warm/hot lemon water very first thing in the morning on that. Even though I no longer do the diet plan, I still (7 months later) get up and turn on the hot tap and let it run while I make my coffee, dump some lemon juice in it and down it before my first cup of coffee. I don't know WHAT it does, but it's a habit that I keep up with :blushing:

    Honestly, logging my food. It's become second nature now and I think that is my trick to staying on track. :smile:
