What do you do when you skip a day

of your normal routine??
I have my routine scheduled so that each day I'm doing something different, but the same thing on the same day of the week (Monday is always distance running, Tuesday is always upper body, etc.). When you skip a day in your routine do you start where you left off or start on the actual day? For example, I skipped Monday and so on Tuesday I was trying to decide if I should push everything back a day or just go with Tuesday's workout. I ended up doing Tuesday's workout and Monday is now a goner.

I would say if it's something like general cardio or a full body workout, just move on to the next day. But if you missed your upper workout and you don't have another planned that week, it would be a good idea to maybe cut out one of your cardio-only days to fit it in, so that your whole body is getting equally worked each week.0

i havent actually run into a missed day yet - im doing a 12 week burn the fat lifting/cardio program.. but i would probably cut out a day of cardio or one of my rest days to make up the missed day0 -
