Okay, first off, I don't like Dr. Oz - I think his only goal in life is to create paranoia of life itself BUTTTTT that being said, he had a really good point yesterday.
He said to trade gymbags with your workout partner. You take their bag home and they take yours. We have a tendency to not want to let others down, but it is easy to backout ourselves. But if we know we have our partner's running shoes, we will show up for the workout.
Anywho, thought that was a good idea. Now if I could just find a gym partner for the same time that I want to go.......

I also like that he said to eat an apple before you eat a meal because it is very filling and you won't eat as much. I did that before unintentionally where I ate an apple and then tried to eat a cup of broccoli and a chicken breast 15 minutes later and I was STUFFED!!! The apple was SOOOO filling!0

Another filling idea is drink half scoop of potrein powder...I do that when eating anything not really considered diet food...ex pizza...then i can stop at one piece.0

I agree, I think that is a great idea, especially since I am so in love with apples. I think that is a fabulous idea to do before going to a restaurant - to eat an apple right before leaving the house. It would help me a lot!0
