Why on Earth am I gaining?
I'm eating healthy, almost always at or under my calorie goal. Very careful with my sodium and fats, etc... And yes I keep gaining weight!?!? I even burn 800 calories 3 days a week swimming and doing water aerobics. What's going on?

Question About Fats?
I tend to go over a bit on my fat intake a few times a week. How much should I be worrying? My fat intake is from things like avocado, natural peanut butter and eggs not double cheeseburgers. Does it make a difference where that fat comes from?

Exercise Calories
So, my usual calorie limit is 1600. Today I've earned an extra 528 exercise calories, which puts me up to 2128 to eat today. Should I really try to eat all those exercise calories?!? I have 1236 left to eat for dinner tonight, how do I eat all those without going over my fat/protein/carb limits?
