80 pounds gone and 25 left...motivation dwindling!! Help!!
So here I am, 80 pounds lighter than I once was, Yay!!!! I want to lose about 25 more, even though I could stand to lose more, I will be fine with it. For those who have lost 100 pounds or more, how did you keep up the motivation at the end when it's so much harder to lose???

Has anyone had success calculating cals for the week instead of day? Sometimes when I didnt do as well I wonder if figuring my cals over the week would make me less obsessive about it. I just had my levels tested again in nov. They seemed to be fine. Over the past few weeks I have been extremely tired again and have started lactating! ! I stopped nursing a year ago and am not pregnant! ! I read that sometimes with low thyroid production it can cause abnormal lactation. Anyone have this??
