hiit on a stationary bike?

I have an elliptical bike (stationary bike with moving handles). I saw an article about doing a hiit routine on the bike. has anyone tried this? and how would you log it?

I do some HIIT on my spin bike. I do intervals (60 sec on/30 sec off) x 4, then do 40 pushups with those bar thingies, then 30 knees to chest from the push-up position, and then 25 of these: (medicine ball between feet, lie on back, hands laced behind your head-- bring the ball up to touch your elbows, then all the way back down so your feet are fully extended). whole thing times 5.0

I log the minutes as "stationary bike, very vigorous effort". But I also over-ride it to log it as 1 calorie burned, because of the way I track things, so...0
