Looking for new mfp friends
Hi all, I’ve been an RN in NZ for last 9 years I am looking for some new mfp friends to encourage, motivate and support. Last time I seriously used mfp I found having people comment etc motivated me! Also it’s helpful seeing others food diaries to get some healthy ideas! Anyhow feel free to ask questions or add me ;)

Fitbit not syncing
Hi my Fitbit and mfp stopped syncing earlier today. I've Reset my phone, both apps Deleted both apps reinstalled Deleted the sync and reinstalled on both apps and websites I've closed and reopened both apps But data not syncing (now yesterday)

small steps!
Did my monthly photos today so far have lost 23lbs so far and got 95lbs to go but noticed a bit of a difference. Should I post the photos or not they still pretty embarrassing!

how long do you wait to work out after eating
I normally work out an hour after eating, but just realised how late it had gotten and only just about to sit down and eat, but i normally workout in about 25minutes time, so just interested in others ways

So ive burnt all apart from about 600 of my cals (done 1300 in exercise today) is it bad to burn that last 600 off well it ruin my weight loss or is it ok as long as I dont go silly?
