Yes if your net calories are 600 you are either overworking out or under eating, you should never really go below your BMR after exercise.

way i see everything is...it all should be taken in moderation. main thing is your body has enough nutrients! rather loose weight slowly and be healthier then dramatic weight loss & damage the body.

I just read an article about that the other day. I can't find it, but basicly it said it is ok to go hard on your work outs as long as you are giving your body enough time every day to heal its self by getting plenty of rest and nutrition. Eat more... Also lots of protein.
p.s. being too gung ho can burn you out really quick, so IMO pace your self.

Im eating enough and balancing my work outs by doing short ones through out the day but only have one day off work this week (today) hence the more time to do extra

Yes, its called over training, which can lead to sleeplessness, loss of apatite, and exhaustion. That's why its recommended you take a week off of exercise every 6-12 weeks.

Please make sure that those are "after" working out. Meaning if your BMR is 1400, you eat 2400, burn 1000 and end up at 1400 again. That's the healthy way

Don't eat 1400 like the BMR says and burn 1000 leaving you 400 - that's unhealthy.
