Hi Folks, I bought a copy of Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred. It was still in plastic but it's not gone missing. I searched on YouTube for the same thing and found some videos and wondered if they were the same as my yet unopened (but now lost!) DVD? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Pc-NizMgg8 ? Unfortunately because I don't…

Today I did workout B (did A Sunday), having read the summary after reading Medhi's manual(!), I had a look at the bar I was using today. It's a Jordan Olympic bar with 1500lbs inscribed…

Heavy lifting routines / strength gains
Hi there, I like strength training, but I find I'm sporadic and not really consistent in what I do. Anyone know where I can find a decent lifting routine so I can do it every other day and say work different parts of my body? Also any ideas on how to increase strength - lift heavier? Peeps who have lost 100+ : Calorie Allowance vs. TDEE-20%?
Hi there, I'm doing some reading around the forums. Just wanted to throw this out there... All those folks who have lost 100+ pounds - what route did you take? Option 1. Sustained low calories i.e. 1200kCal per day? Option 2. Set MFP Calorie allowance and reduce as you lost weight? Option 3. TDEE (Total Daily Energy…

Will running aid weight loss? In the past my weight has been stubborn at removing itself from my true bikini body as is proving the…

Dearest Esteemed MFP'ers, You're help and or advice is sought. I've gained a lot of fat over the last 5 months (30 lbs). So I restarted my journey at 329 lbs. The last two weeks I've made an effort to attend the gym or exercise, and averaged three days per week. I've been loosely watching what I eat. I lost 6 lbs. On…

Accommodating Calories
MFP has suggested I eat (Net Calories Consumed* / Day) 1800 kCals per day based on my height (175cm and weight 149kg). I find that hard to believe - seems like a lot of food. I exercised today and burned 1579kCals so that's been added to my total food to eat! So I have a total of 3379 kCals today!! I don't think I can fit…
