What % of carbs, protein, and fat are best? And why?
Hi, I've seen a lot of people say MFP sets things low, but also has an option to set things to meet your goals. But, what percentages are best for losing weight? I saw it's originally set on like 15% for my protein, and yeah that seems low. But, what's a good percentage? And why is that percentage better? What are your…

Women with Abs
Since I have joined MPF I have seen many images of women with abs. I didn't really think women could have them. Knowing that you exist, I want to know what did you look like before you had them? Like were you chunky, and then decided you wanted abs? Or where you thin, but wanted to be more tone? How did you get them? What…

I bought about 2 lbs of apples at the store thinking apples are supposed to last for about a month. Low Fat Food
HI! Is low fat food worth it? Most of the few foods I have that are low fat, are only 10-20 calories less per serving. Which doesn't really seem worth the lack of quality. Unless eating several servings. Also don't we need some fat? Even if we are dieting and trying to lose body fat?

How do you get your protein?
Hi, I'm trying to get about 30% of my calories from protein. It's not working out that well. I'm wondering how other people fit protein into their diet. I don't like yogurt, or smoothie like things. I also didn't want to use a protein powder. Currently now get a lot of my protein from meat. How many oz of meat do you eat?

Scale Questions
I was just wondering if anyone else on here has this problem. If I get on my scale several times in succession the "weight" changes by pounds. It shows different numbers everytime. Does anyone have a scale they love and rely on? Or is this to much to ask from a scale, and all scales fluctuate this much? Thanks!
