Red Meat and Weight Loss

Hi,

I loves my beef!!! Everyday I eat 4 oz of lean red meat. I've heard saturated fat causes weight problems tho :O. I'm wondering if eating red meat everyday, even if i stay +-100 of my calorie value could stop me from losing weight?

    Nope... enjoy your red meat. Stay under calorie goal = lose weight.
