If you have insulin resistance or maybe diabetes type 2, have you tried HIIT? What was the outcome?

HIIT is fine for diabetics--strength training is very important as well. Just keep everything balanced--HIIT is most effective when it is done 1-2 times per week.0

I have PCOS and IR, I do HIIT 3 times a week, and lift weights 3 times a week!0
