Hi,
You know how when it calculates your calories it asked about your normal daily activities? What do you do if each day is different? Like somedays I stand and walk around at work or at school all day and other days I'm stuck at a desk. Or weekends? Like my weekend I spend doing a lot of random things like shopping or cleaning or other stuff? How do I choose which level of daily activity?

I just choose sedentary that way I don't plan for more calories than I should eat.0

If you have a desk job, just put sedentary. Then log your exercises like walking or cleaning.0

Yeah, I'm the same. I clicked sedentary, too. You can always add in exercise to account for days where you are doing more.0

Definitely pick sedentary. The activities like "walking" and "cleaning" don't really burn as many calories as you think. I've noticed this since I got a heart rate monitor The other day I did about 3.5 hours of relatively hardcore cleaning (sweeping with a broom, mopping, etc.) and I only burned like 150 calories more than I would have just sitting around.0
