Hi,

You know how when it calculates your calories it asked about your normal daily activities? What do you do if each day is different? Like somedays I stand and walk around at work or at school all day and other days I'm stuck at a desk. Or weekends? Like my weekend I spend doing a lot of random things like shopping or cleaning or other stuff? How do I choose which level of daily activity?

I just choose sedentary that way I don't plan for more calories than I should eat.

If you have a desk job, just put sedentary. Then log your exercises like walking or cleaning.

Yeah, I'm the same. I clicked sedentary, too. You can always add in exercise to account for days where you are doing more.
  • Definitely pick sedentary. The activities like "walking" and "cleaning" don't really burn as many calories as you think. I've noticed this since I got a heart rate monitor :) The other day I did about 3.5 hours of relatively hardcore cleaning (sweeping with a broom, mopping, etc.) and I only burned like 150 calories more than I would have just sitting around.
