Hi!
I'm going to have a two week break coming up, and don't really have much to do. I was thinking about trying to exercise more than my 30 mins a day that I do right now. Maybe like 2 hours or so a day, idk. But, I have some questions...
Like, how much (time) is over kill? Or is it save? Or worth it (meaning could it help me lose more weight)? Could I work out for more than 2 hours?
I'm also worried that this interruption could cause me to gain or not lose weight (because I wouldn't be as active as I normally am).
After the 2 weeks, life goes back to normal.
