Trying to lose/maintain weight and move

Hi All,
I got a job on the other side of the country and have to move. I have 2 weeks in my current place and then I expect to spend about 2 weeks in a hotel until I find a place. This is very stressful, and expensive making it hard to make the right choices or have the time to prepare my own food.
In the past 2 weeks, I've gained 6lbs and I don't want to gain anymore! I don't know how to manage this move without gaining weight. Does anyone have any tips or even good word of motivation?

I second the request for help!
I'm in the process of packing up my current place; I'll be moving into a new apartment out of state on Aug 7th. Tonight I'm making a big batch of healthy food I can take for my last week of work lunches, but if anyone has ideas for good meals I can eat in the last week here/first week there while my kitchen is in boxes, I'd be really grateful!0 -
Tuna salad (or chicken or ham). All of those come canned in water, you make it all the same way. Add some hard boiled eggs whites for extra protein. That's something you can make alot of all at once and easily store. It's healthy if you make it right.
I substitute some of the mayo for yellow mustard and make sure to use light mayo.0
