Friendly reminder
Today I went out to check the straps on my ladderstands. They are on private land and stay out all year. 3 of the 4 stands had broken straps and needed to be replaced and another lower strap broke when I pulled on it. Just take a minute to check all of your gear it could save your life!!!

Second at the AOMA TaeKwinDo Nationals!!
My Son and I both took second Place at the nationals in Sparring, He also finished second in Board breaking. He took a BRUTAL shot to the upper abdoman but got up to fight again. The boy that did it was DQed for not showing control.

Calories left at the end of the day?
Last Night I was left with over 1000 calories left at bed time so I ate a couple PB&Js even though I was not hungry. What is right thing to do in this situation? Eat when I'm not hungry or Go to bed with 1000+ calorie deficit?

I currently do 20 min exercise biking per session (3-4 days per week) at a level 16 (pretty vigorous) and am wondering would it be more beneficial to increase the duration or the intensity? Skipping Breakfast?
I skip breakfast every day because once I start eating I find it hard to stop. I typically eat lunch around 1:00 then try not to eat again until dinner then one light snack before bed. Am I doing more harm then good by doing this?
