pain in my leg
So im in my 3rd week of Insanity and i feel great except for my right leg, on my shin... Ive never had a shin splint so i dont knwo if thats it but it hurts when i work out or just when im doing y every day things or sitting here.... what could i have done or how can i fix it?

eating cals and not losing
Okay so ive been doing my insanity workouts which burn around 500 cals... My question is... should i eat those cals? I have been but i think since i have them im adding in bad stuff like ice cream or a small large fry instead of a small if i want it :) Should i stop eating them so i dont cheat like i am? Just an FYI... if anyone is having a problem getting their water intake in... By one of the Recycable water glasses that look like a fast food drink, that has the hard plastic straws... Mine equals 3 cups of water and i drink faster out of it... ive been going over on all my water lately :)

feet hurt when working out?
So i started working out again and this time i changed my shoes to the Under Armour sneakers. I dont know if its from not working out or the arch in them but my feet hurt on my arches when working out. Keeps me from doing more jumping activities.... Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks!!
