Never met a goal... its now time to.

I've passed all my weight loss goals that I've ever made. Sadly, none of them were ever met. I'm ready this time but I need help from others. I know its a journey I need to accomplish by myself but the help and encouragement from others will help me stay committed and focused. I'm in the mindset now and I know that will change when I'm tempted with foods or at stressful times. Its now time to meet those goals and It wouldnt be a bad thing to gain some friends to help me out along the way.

    All that matters is that u keep trying... Just take it a step at a time. Bring change in increments instead of trying to change everything all at once which can be overwhelming... Good luck, slay ur goals.
