Heart Rate Monitor or BodyBugg/BodyMedia Fit and create your own exercise. OR Circuit Training, perhaps.0

Without a HRM, my best guess would be either "aerobics high impact" or "circuit training".0

I've been doing "Aerobics-High Impact" and entering the time of each DVD...its not totally accurate but without an HRM its the best I've got. Should be getting my HRM soon...but until then this is the best option.0

I log it in a high impact, but I also log each activity. For example abs, push ups, etc. I hope this helps. I know that each workout for Insanity should burn about 800-1000 calories. At least that's what's advertised.0

I log my Turbo Fire as "Kickboxing".... Not sure if that helps or not. Gives me more calories than high the aerobics.0
