i recently bought a heart rate moniter watch. I like it but i'm not 100% sure i am wearing it correctly.. having a slight problem
so today i went over my calories minor set back right.. well tomorrow i"m afraid i"m going to do it again.. I know i have plans to go out and eat at Lonestar so i need to save up calories for that right? so any suggestions for the rest of the day?
