I was thinking (as I do every year) that my new years resoultion is going to be to lose weight.. and in every year the new year comes around and it just never happens.. so I'm thinking today is a good day to start this years new years resoultion.. I've decided to start a month early so then when the new year comes around i'm already in the process of working at it and hopefully losing it! :happy:

I think that is a great idea! I always figure that even if I don't lose over the holidays, at least I didn't gain more! I am a teacher and vacations always mean me sitting at home and eating way too much!0
