i recently bought a heart rate moniter watch. I like it but i'm not 100% sure i am wearing it correctly.. Sometimes i feel that if i wear it on top of my wrist like an original watch its not getting an accurate reading so i will flip it down around my wrist but then sometimes i feel i get too good of a reading.. Any suggestuons on how it should be worn?

Just a suggestion: try searching youtube.com for whatever model you have.
There might be some instructional videos for it.0
