An NSV?
I have now dropped from my highest weight of 325 pounds four and a half years ago to 198 pounds today. Talking to an aquaintance of mine and he told me I was "skinny fat". (I guess that isn't an MFP exclusive term.) And I realized something, I am skinny fat. I don't workout enough, I don't eat clean, I indulge in a crap…

Another NSV!
Yesterday my mom surprised me with some Lands End shirts from a corporate sale they were having. Three of them were size L, and they fit. Maybe a little sng, but they still fit.

117 pounds, back to my wrestling weight!
I was always the chubby kid, some would say round. My sophomore year of high school, I was 5'6" and weighed about 210 pounds. Over that summer I finally hit a growth spurt, and went to 6', 208 pounds. I wrestled heavyweight for my school, and was fairly successful at my "small" size. I decided I had to gain some mass for…

I never get tired of hearing...
Here is an actual email I recieved a couple of days ago. "I just wanted to say again that you look absolutely fabulous!!! You took me by surprise. Way to go Pat. I need to lose a good 25 but just don't have the will power. I seem to find the excuses. Have a good rest of your weekend," I never get tired of hearing things…

Turkey breast???
I had 4 ounces of turkey breast yesterday, and when I logged it in the system, it came up over 1,100 mg of sodium. Is this true? That seems very high to me, being almost 10 mg to every calorie.

Mini goal met!
Well, I have met my mini goal of 205 pounds, and held it for over a week.:glasses: I am one who weighs everyday, as it seems to be the only way to keep myself in check. So for the past week I have been floating between 204.5 and 205.5, and now am at 204.8 for two days straight! Now bring on 200!

When a negative is a positive!
This morning the kids wanted blueberry muffins for breakfast. Instead of eating 3 smothered in butter, I stopped at 1 with no butter!

Confusion on eggs...
I noticed when I use the data base, 1 large raw egg is 74 cal, 5 fat, and 70 sodium. 1 large fried egg is 92 cal, 7 fat, and 94 sodium. I cook them in a fat free cooking spray, and was just confused by the difference.

Logging walking...
Hi, I have a question which may seem petty on the surface, but since I rarely eat all my exercise calories back has me confused. My normal routine is a 4 mile walk outdoors, which takes me an hour, or 4 mph. The first 1 1/2 mile is steeply uphill, then the rest is flat and rolling. Should I log the diffrence ie. put in 1.5…

OOOPS!
Last night was my bowling banquet. A true recipe for disaster. I did manage to only have 3 NA beers, but "grazed" on some chips and dip and a small slice of pizza. I had about 500 calories left when I got there, but am sure I went over on calories, fat and sodium. The scale reflects this, with a 2 pound weight gain…

Already seeing a difference.
I started out on Feb. 12, 2008 weighing 310 pounds. I went into a rapid low calorie weight loss, with lots of walking, from a high calorie sedentary lifestyle. I lost a total of 104 pounds to a low of 206 pounds. I then got lazy, and quit watching what I ate and my exercise. I regained 16 pounds, and weighed as much as 223…
