Confusion on eggs...

I noticed when I use the data base,
1 large raw egg is 74 cal, 5 fat, and 70 sodium.
1 large fried egg is 92 cal, 7 fat, and 94 sodium.
I cook them in a fat free cooking spray, and was just confused by the difference.

Wow Kerri
Look at how great you are doing! Good for you
Sorry for the thread hi jack0 -
I had the same confusion and just put in raw info. But, I must say, Kerri, it is so encouraging to see such a success story as yours. That is so nice to know that you were able to do this all before your wedding. God Bless.0

Kerri,
Thank you for the response, and congrats on your success.:glasses: I have gone from 310 pounds 14 months ago to 216 pounds now, so I know what type of determination you must have!:bigsmile:0
