For those of you that did a 2nd round of 30 day shred...
did you get results. I hear people say that your body gets use to the same routine and to switch it up a little, I am going to do level 2 for a while once I complete level 3.

Are you seeing results from doing the stationary bike?
I started doing the stationary bike about a month ago and it actually raises my heart rate more than the treadmill. Stupid question but does it ONLY help the legs, and are you seeing good results on it? I am going to continue doing it, i set it on random which give me a good burn.

For those of you that completed the 30 day shred....
I just started level 3 last night and well it was a KILLER, but I was just interested in knowing how much weight you lost on it? Assuming you did it straight through, I have done each level for 10 days straight and as I mentioned started level 3 last night.

What body part are you looking forward to?
So we can always complain about a certain part of our bodies, but once you reach your goal weight, what feature on your body are you most looking forward to enjoying? For me I have to say my thighs, I am so looking forward to seeing how their going to look.

OMG is all I can say, that was a KILLER. Even the girl in the dvd had to take a break, I am going to stick with it, it is a good workout but WOW. Jillian Michaels is a beast. :cry:

Ladies any suggestion on some great work out shoes??
I have some espirit shoes, they are comfortable but they look kind of like well granny shoes, and the shoe laces keep coming untied no matter how many double knots I tie and I tuck them in my shoes. Not everyone has loose skin after loosing lots of weight.

Do you guys snack more than every 2-3 hours??
I know the best way is to eat every 2-3 hours, however, sometimes I am hungry like an hour after lunch and I sometimes grab a healthy snack like an apple and of course I make sure to drink plenty of water even while I'm eating lunch. Anybody tried Fage, nonfat greek yogurt.
Man that yogurt is gross, I like the fact that it doesn't have much carbs in it like the other yogurts,but it does not taste good at all. I even put strawberries and blueberries in there and it tooke me forever to eat half of it.:noway:

How often should I increase my level?
I have been doing the treadmill on level 8 speed of 3.4 and sometimes I sweat like crazy and sometimes not that much. Is drinking soy milk bad??
I LOVE milk, soy and regular milk, I am NOT lactose intolerant, however, I have heard that soy milk is not good for women due to reproductive issues. Also my nutritionist said to limit soy milk, silly I know I didn't bother to ask why. Soy milk has less calories than regular milk, what have you guys heard??

Strength Training, where do I began?
Ok, so I want to get a good routine for strength training, currently I am doing 45 min on the treadmill and 15 on the bike. I actually love weights, should I do upper body one day and lower the next, there are so many machines that I'm confused, like which ones do I do, how many rep/sets?

Is the treadmill and bike calorie readings accurate?
So I do the treadmill for 45 minutes and it says I burned 360 calories, I don't have a HRM at this time, so sometimes I don't log what the treadmill says. What should I do, its kind of annoying, how many calories should I knock off until I get an HRM??

Does MFP lower your calorie goal?
I set my calorie goal to 1650 a few weeks back, I noticed that this week it says 1630 which is fine. I was just wondering does MFP slowly lower your calorie intake?
