I am soo addicted to the white chocolate mocha with soy no whip latte. I get it about 1-2 times a week. What's your favorite? And how often do you get it ?:drinker:

I've partially broken my Starbucks habit due to not having much money, but when I do treat myself I get a soy latte with 2 splendas or a venti green (or black) iced tea with 2 splendas. Their iced tea is so good! The other day I tried a soy chai and that was yummy for something different.0

OMG. I am a STARBUCKS JUNKIE! My license plate is actually a tribute to them!!
I had to break my FAVORITE latte habit. Now I get a venti unsweetened iced coffee with nonfat milk. I also add 2 packets of stevia.
When I want a treat (and I'm not on a detox regimen like I am now), I also enjoy the skinny vanilla lattes.0 -
Grande iced skinny vanilla latte = 80 Cals!!
I do miss those mocha frapps though!0 -
Love it! I have gone from drinking venti caramel macchiatto w/ soy 2-3 times/week to grande skinny caramel macchiatoe w/ soy once a week! It is really the only coffee that gives me a real kick & taste delic!0
-
I love the Skinny Earl Grey Tea Lattes with non-fat milk. Yummy!!! I'm also a different kind of Starbucks lover because my boyfriend works there. I told him to bring me home a drink instead of flowers on Valentine's day. LOL0
-
Venti Soy Chai Latte, with sugar free vanilla syrup, no water...I get then spur-atically...lately been once a week since we are having school levy meetings there on Mondays
Anyhow...I log the calories and move on...it is a treat for me, not an everyday thing...and tastes as good as a dessert to me!0 -
OMG yes,,god put them on this earth to make us dribble!!! lol
the same as men!0 -
I make it at home. Tall latte with reduced fat milk and Verona beans.
the only time I'm actually tempted to go into a Starbucks and order something from them at their inflated prices is for the Pumpkin Spice latte (skim).0 -
Tall non fat vanilla decaf latte or tall white chocolate caremel decaf capp no whip when I'm behaving myself0
-
I love the double chocolate chip blended creme frappuchino's but I hardly EVER get them because they're so bad for you :noway: If I do get one it's maybe one a year at the most.
So when I go (maybe once every few months) I get a non-fat chai latte
I wish it wasn't so expensive, then again I guess it's good since I would go more if it was!0 -
Grande non-fat peppermint mocha, no whip. I get it WAAAAY too often...like 3-4 times a week probably. My wallet isn't too happy about it..... But, oh my Heavens ILOVEIT! It's like drinking the holidays!0
-
caramel coffee light frappuchino! YUM! Find it hard to resist!0
-
I don't go often because Starbucks it too expensive, but then I do go I get a grande Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte (warm). This and all the sugar free lattes in the grande size at only 130 calories.0
-
I actually work in the cafe at Barnes & Noble. So I'm addicted to a venti hazelnut soy latte with whip and caramel. But I only get it once a week, and only if I've been good all week!0
-
Vanilla or Chai Lattee is my favorite but only as a treat these days. YUMMY!!0
-
I must admit I was in LOVE with the Starbucks Frappucino's (French Vanilla) but I broke that habit because those get expensive. And because of the whole creamer they use in there it adds alot of unwanted calories so I'd rather spend it on some food:embarassed:0

OMG, me to. I have such a bad sweet tooth and I use Starbucks to kill it, but thinking about it a skinny cow ice cream bar is like 100 calories versus 390 in a starbucks drink. I better cut it to no more than twice a week, its really sparatic with me, some weeks I go without it and some I have it like once or twice a week.0 -
Starbucks goes without saying, but my suggestion would be either get a skinny coffee. Or you drink regular coffee and only get the fancy one once a week for a treat. When I was fit before I was in college, so we had a card where every 10 coffees that you bought you got one free, so on my free one I would treat myself to a mocha. Just a thought. Because yes their caramel macchiatos are to die for.0

I have been getting Non-fat Awake Tea Lattes once a week lately...though what I really want is a Non-fat Raspberry White Chocolate Mocha...YUMMO!0
-
Yes and my Gold Card is missing me right now! I'm sooo embarrassed to say this but I used to go like 3 times per week and get the Venti Dark Cherry Mocha Frap...with Javachips & extra caramel...so that doesn't happen anymore! lol
Last time I went to Starbucks with my friends, I actually just got ice water.0 -
Usually just a double tall skim latte...only 100 cals. This time of year though I change to a venti iced americano w/extra ice, 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla syrup, and add an ounce or 2 of half an half. to make it creamy.0

Starbucks Double Shot. Every day.
me, too. Can't start the day without one of these little cans of goodness:laugh:0 -
Skinny vanilla latte I used to get them twice a week, but now it's more like one every other week. My work schedule's gotten busy to the point of not having time for the drive thru :grumble:0
-
Tall Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte. So that's skim milk, no whip and sugar-free syrup - 90 calories. I usually get one after the gym, since it's beside the gym and I've read the calcium helps with lactic acid buildup0
