I've recently started getting back into the gym and I'm in need of a good watch that can also sync with MFP. I'm not looking for anything expensive. I need it to track heart rate, steps and calories burned. I'm including weight training into my workout too so I would like it to calculate calories burned with that also.…

Recommitting at 2 months Postpartum

Addicted to workout classes..who woulda thunk!
I started working out at a new location with a great variety of different classes! I've tried kettlebell, poundfit and body bar. Still have to try the 3 different zumba classes and TSX. Today being Fat Tuesday I have avoided all the temptations at work! Pastries. .brownies. .cookies. .King cake. .and pizza. I passed on everything. I enjoyed my fruit and grain bar and ate lunch when I got home. I also got my hair done today and I'm feeling sassy and great!! hope you all are having an amazing day!

Calorie Intake
I just want to know if my calorie intake is too low or too high. .any suggestions on how to figure this out?

calculating issues?
I did an hour on the elliptical today and then entered it in MFP MFP calculated 60 minutes as 800 calories. Can that be correct? Any input would be great!

Getting out of my dark place
For awhile I was doing so good. I can't explain what happened. I fell into a place that put me off track. Now I need to find my light. Starting tomorrow I'm tracking and hitting the gym 110%. I can always use new friends and motivation Please feel free to add!!

Trying to get back on track
I've been on and off with MFP for months but I'm really more determined more than ever to get back with the groove. I use the phone app and I love it. Snacking at work/during the day
What are your snacks of choice that is low calorie and filling. My work offers food but its horrible food (dough nuts, cookies ect) just looking for some other suggestions you all might have :0)

Free weights at home
I will be starting to do free weight at home. I have 7lbs weight and I will be doing front lifts, behind the head, arms out ect. My question is how do I record that into my tracker for the day? I haven't been able to find anything. Thank you in advance!

Question about worked off calories
So I've been wondering .. When we work out and we burn the calories that we do are we suppose to eat to get close to the low calorie intake for the day or do we just leave them alone? Just wondering what you all do :drinker:

I don't know about all you guys but I would much rather spend my time outside working out. But on those days that just don't allow you to get out, how will you be working out?
