Addicted to workout classes..who woulda thunk!

I started working out at a new location with a great variety of different classes! I've tried kettlebell, poundfit and body bar. Still have to try the 3 different zumba classes and TSX.

If your looking for a great mix from the typical treadmill or elliptical try classes!! So much fun and times flies! I haven't felt this great in years!

    Me too! I have been doing classes since the end of my six month personal trainer strength training stint where I found that I hate exercising by myself. I do shred, abs, zumba, body pump, Kickboxing and yoga.
