I will be starting to do free weight at home.
I have 7lbs weight and I will be doing front lifts, behind the head, arms out ect.

My question is how do I record that into my tracker for the day?
I haven't been able to find anything.

Thank you in advance!

put "strength training" under cardio, that will bring up what you need.

So I typed that in and it came up with minutes performed..even if I take a break (between reps)
    does that all count?

I would include that as part of the workout time. Your heart rate is elevated and you are burning calories. Besides, if you do a heavy workout, your body is burning calories at a higher rate for over 40 hours...
