I'm really excited about starting this tonight.
My main question is how do I enter my workout time into MFP.
I was thinking of entering it under Aerobic.
I'm ready to sweat and work my buns off..

You can estimate using "Aerobics, high impact", but the best way is to get a Heart Rate Monitor(HRM) with a chest strap for a more accurate figure.
