YYiiipppeeeee i did it!!!
I did my first 5k marathon Saturday! It was for RACE FOR THE CURE! it was so amazing and such an acoplishment for myself! I actually ran most the way and finished in 43 minutes:bigsmile: cant wait for the next one...its 10 miles:smile:

Is it really that important to eat breakfast? I have my coffee in the morning and go for my workout which is 2 hours long but after my coffee im just not hungry. Im i hindering my workout performance or weight loss by skipping that meal?

If usually I never eat my exercize calories and maybe a day comes where I actually do eat those calories will I be tricking my body into thinking I have gone over my calories since I never eat that many even though mfp says I'm allowed that many?

So mfp has allowed me 1200 calories and i do very strenuous cardio workouts burning from 800-1000 calories each day. So today i did my work out at night an had eaten about 900 calories worth of stuff through the day so I made a yummy celery and cream cheese snack and i am full but was only worth about 150-200 calories now…
