About how much per meal??

So if im allowed 1200 calories and i earn about 1200 from exercise 5x a week that leaves me with 2400 calories wow! ummmmm theres no way im eating that many everyday but i dont mind eating my 1200 and a good chunk of my earned ones. About how many should i be eating per meal/snack? I get totally freaked out when i make dinner or lunch and its above 300 calories but then im under my calories alot because of it. So what is a resonable amount of calories in a breakfast lunch or dinner?

    I eat about 6 times a day three meals and three snacks.

    Breakfast 250
    Snack 150
    Lunch 350
    Snack 200
    DInner 500
    Snack 100
    Total 1550 per day

    Thanks that sounds goood! Someone said not to put my big calorie meal at dinner but theres no way im going to sit and have a celery stick while my family is eating dinner lol thanks im going to space mine out like this and see how it goes.

    your biggest meal should be lunch especially if you having alot of carbs like pasta or something. Dinner should usually consist of a lean meat and veggies and that should run about 250 calories. I eat about 6 to 7 times a day because I am always hungry!
