If usually I never eat my exercize calories and maybe a day comes where I actually do eat those calories will I be tricking my body into thinking I have gone over my calories since I never eat that many even though mfp says I'm allowed that many?

you will notice that after discussing this 10 million times almost everyone on MFP is allergic to the should-i-eat-back-my-excercise-calories topic

from my own experience so far, upping the calories from eating more of the excercise calories rather led to losing weight when it seemed i was stuck, so it can work as a plateau breaker; i've had some days when i just happen to eat back more excercise calories than i usually do and i still keep losing weight consistently over time, so i don't think you should be worried about it, but then again it works in a different way for different people, you have a lot less extra weight to lose than me, which obviously makes a difference itself... the best way to check is give it a try for a few days and see how it goes, you can try eating a portion of the excercise calories, not all of them, whatever works for you and keeps you satisfied, you don't want to go to bed hungry for months in a row while maintaining your calorie deficit

I guess i should be a little more specific. Im not asking if i should eat them cause i know this is a touchy subject. I am just wondering if i NEVER do eat them but then one day i actually do will i be making my body think its going OVER its calories because its use to not eating that mean even though im allowed that many???

LIke Dave said, don't over think it. Every day, depending on what you are up to and a whole boatload of other factors, your body's requirements are different. Think of your caloric intake as a range, not a precise point or magic number.
