Should I snack??
Ive been reading alot that it is bad to have snacks between meals. I do snack approx 3 hours in between meals (E.g. Brekky at 6am, snack at 9am and lunch at 12) I hear it's good to boost your metabolism. My snacks are usually fruit, vegies, peanuts or a health bar. Should I be stopping this???
