How's my 1700 Calorie Meal Plan???

What do you think about my meal plan??? Should I remove or add on foods??? I'm a newb. PLEASE BE BRUTALLY HONEST :)

Breakfast- 592 Calories

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1 Orange
1 30g Box of almonds
1/2 Cup Coles Skim Milk
60g Protein 1st Goodness superfoods
60g Yoplait Forme No Fat French Vanilla Yoghurt


Morning Tea- 80 Calories

Royal gala red apple


Lunch- 472 Calories

2 slices Abbotts Country Grain Bread
1 Coles Light Tasty Cheese Slice
2 slices of tomato
20g Coles Simply Less Mediterranean Salad
75g John West Smoked Salmon Slices


Afternoon Tea- 50 Calories

Granny Smith Green apple

Total - 1'194 Calories before dinner (dinner is usually 700 calories MAX

Dinner-

Usually a lean meat, poultry, salad, veggies or thai food (RARE!)

NO DESSERT OR FOOD AFTER DINNER


My exercise is generally 5 days a week doing:

10min @ 5.6Km/h
10min@ 11.2Km/h
10min @ 5.6Km/h
10min@11.2Km/h
1min@14Km/h
5min@ 5.6Km/h

Total 46 continuous minutes no stop. Calories burned: 572 Calories

SO please be honest.. How am I going?? My plan is to LOSE as MUCH weight as possible :)

    your plan should be to LOSE weight in a HEALTHY and SUSTAINABLE way. ie roughly 1- 2lbs per week.

    at the very least you should NET 1700 cals, so when you burn 500 cals doing exercise, you need to eat those back.

    your food looks fine, just add a bit more to lunch, and some carbs with tea to make up the extra cals.

    Nothing wrong with eating at night. Dont forget to add lots and lots of veggies and water as well. Your body needs the nutrients!
