AUSTRALIA - What's your favourite bread??

That's right bread!

I'm after the healthiest bread in Australian Supermarkets,

I'm after 100% Wholegrain , high fibre and high protein.

What do you have???

Good luck with that, I'm yet to find one in a supermarket here that has all of that in one. Best off going & making it yourself or going to a shop like Thomas Dux perhaps.

Supermarket bread isn't great. Bakers delight have a chia loaf, as well as grain & wheat loaves, but they probably still have some dodgey additives. When I'm not being a lazy sod, I make my own. Check out the website "artisan bread in five minutes a day"; they have two awesome books & you can make great bread & know what's in it with very little effort. I have a master dough in the fridge right now, it can be used as a pizza base, pita bread, boule loaves... awesome stuff.

Fitness bread. Wholegrain, high protein and fiber!

Found in IGA, it's an acquired taste, nutty and dense, good toasted :)

They also have whole rye and spelt breads, all natural, very dark and healthy :)

Also Flax bread, and seedy breads! Yum :)
