Every part of me wants to workout before I come to work....every part except the part where I have to wake up at 0400!!!! How do you early risers do it????

Anybody eat lower carb...not Atkins low but lower? If so have you seen a difference in your weight loss? How about your energy level with workouts?

Is there a big difference between...
lightly active and sedentary in the setup? I am in the IT field and I'm up and down all day and I do a lot of stuff after work that I don't log...like house, yard and other....

You do yard work ? Projects that require you to go up and down the stairs? Projects that require you to get up and down off the floor (laying flooring)?

It seems like an awful lot or is it just me????. . I've never really done circuit training before so I don't know what to expect. I checked and re-checked my zone settings on my HRM and all seems correct.

I had the Real Chow Baby for lunch and while I had nothing but chicken, fish and vegetables I have no way of figuring out the calories...Any ideas???

I used my heart rate monitor for the first time this morning doing 30 minute shred. It read 490 calories for 30 minutes...Does that sound right? I'm 204pds

Any early risers out there
I have to be to work at 0630 so I have to leave my house NLT 0600. I'm thinking about trying an early morning workout (Chalean, Shred, Insanity) to get the blood pumping and then doing some cardio in the afternoon. I'm just wondering if anyone else gets up at the godawful time of 0400 to work out.

BMR
Can someone explain to me how BMR factors into calories in\out. My daily calories is 1240 and my BMR is 1665 calories according to MFP. What does this difference is calories mean and what am I suppose to do with this info?

Running - Logging in Exercise
I looked at the exercise options and it's very limited. I use a Garmin and since I'm just starrting back I'm taking a lot of walk breaks. I guess I can create my own "run\walk" excercise and log my time and calories from my garmin? Does that sound like the way I should log this?
