My order should be in today and I'll be starting on April 1st. Do I need anything else to go with this DVD.....Like weights?

Yes, two hand weights and a mat if you're exercising on a hard surface.

you just need hand weights and a mat if you are going to be working out on a hard surface...I am on level 1 day 3 and I LOVE it!! definitely can feel a difference already...I am using 3lb hand weights...after 30 days I plan to do it again with 5lb weights.

Yeah, it is really for the padding for the floor...I use a yoga-type mat and that does the trick.

As for weights...most people use 3 lbs to start and then progress to 5.

    Good Luck!

Wouldn't it be awesome if programs such as these were available (even for rental) through online streaming (e.g. Amazon, Netflix, DirecTv In-Demand, etc.)

    What is shred?

Shred is a DVD by Jillian Michaels the Biggest Loser trainer. It's a 24 min circuit workout that targets cardio and strength traing all at once. You do the DVD every day for 30 days. There are 3 levels that you gradually go to when your have endured the previous.
