I just went through all the fastfood places and calc'd all the food I would get as a "damn i have no time I must eat meal" It was all north of 2k calories and some north of 3k calories....in one meal! Good info Free Weights vs Machines
So I got my free weight setup in my house. Using my HRM, when doing free weights I burn about 25% more calories than if I use a machine. I am guessing its because on a machine you dont normally engage stabilizer nor secondary muscle groups that you do with free weights. Same length of workout, more burn...gotta love that.…

I have been super inconsistent this past week after hurting my back. I exercised for the first time in 5 days last night, and will go swimming tonight. Arghhhhh having a fat day
I had my cheat meal last night and I am paying for it.....ate 4 bigass slices of pizza and downed a bottle of wine. Yep I hit the scale and my stomach hates me. I stayed under my TDEE by 100 calories though :) I did workout before hand as well, plus I am going on a Crazy hike tomorrow....just feel gross at the moment.

So my new workout routine seems to be Power Walk - 40 minutes - ~360 calories Weight Lifting - 20 minutes - ~180 calories and then I seem to add this in every time: Checking self out in mirror - 10 minutes - ? Calories This is getting redonkulous lol
