Weekend fail!
During the week it's easier to control my snacking because I'm busy. On the weekends I snack out of boredom and forget to track or don't track because I eat so little at a time it doesn't seem like much but I think it really adds up. The great debate HRM or Fitbit
I've been doing the couch to 5k and want something to better track my calories burned but I also like that I can wear the Fitbit all day long and track all activity not just my workouts. How does fitbit do with running would I be better off with a HRM?

I overpronate they say I need shoes with support but all of them that I've tried on make my feet somewhat sore...Is this just because I'm not used to having the support I need? Should I just give the shoes time to break in? Or do I really not need that much support?
