How long does it take...
Before your whole day doesn't revolve around food. About wanting it, and not eating it. Thinking what you can have instead, Thinking what you want and how hard you have to work before you can eat it... UGH! It's starting to annoy me! I am, obviously, a bored eater... I've lost 7 inches and 3.8 lbs!! And power walked/jogged/elliptical trained 28 miles!!! I am so flippin excited! My dad bought me new running shoes last night and I am looking forward to trying them out this evening on my 3 mile jaunt around the extended neighborhood!! Do you burn extra calories when you push a stroller? If so how many would you say sounds reasonable? I did 2 miles in about 30 minutes at a brisk (3-3.5) mph walk pushing my son.

I walked 2.25 miles.. but I don't know how many minutes that equals (I'm trying to enter it in my exercise log). I walked around my neighborhood and we know how far is a mile.. but I didn't keep track of the time..

In 1 month...........
I've lost 8 lbs and 4 inches!!! How amazing is that!!! 3 inches in my waist .25 inches in my hips (I had a c-section 8 months ago.. this will be the hardest place to lose) .75 inches in my neck I am so proud of myself and excited!! How are y'all doing with your success this week??
