Sunday I re-started my lifestyle change. And today... after my breakfast, I felt super full! The thought of more food makes my tummy hurt! I think my stomach is finally retraining itself to think it needs less food than I used to give it!
This will make my new habits easier to stick to when I don't always feel hungry and am constantly trying to keep myself from thinking of more food and wanting it.
I had my second son in 2 years Dec 18th and I pump my breast milk for him so it took me a few months (he is 3 1/2 months now) to be ready to cut back what I eat and to eat better. I do notice a slight decrease in my milk supply but I still make plenty so that is all that matters!
