I can't find the nutrition values on the roll I like from my local sushi bar. I was going to add one from the list that was the same (a Philly Roll) but all the values are drastically different ranging from 93 cals to over 400 etc... How do I calculate or choose which one to add to my diary?

The roll has smoked salmon, cream cheese, and cucumber...

guesstimate the weight of each of the ingredients and add them separately maybe?

It is confusing with all the different calorie amounts.

I have used this site in the past to calculate sushi values

    Hi!

You know I run into this every so often. Have you tried looking into see if they have there Nutrition facts posted or have it where you can request Nutrition info from the restaurant or initial franchise owner/company.

If all else fails; I just build the item in my list. Yes, this takes a bit of time but I have found it works well. At least for me. As far as restaurant prep goes; most granted not all :-) ... utilize Philidelphia Brand Cream Cheese. Just on an assumption at least until you find out otherwise. You can build your roll with that. I hope this is helpful to you!

(I'm pretty much a newbie here but I would like to hope to be as helpful as this site has been to me)

Cheers and good luck! ;-) Dolly_Lala

Not that this is the total answer to your sushi but here is a site that makes sushi and you can maybe find the one you ate and take the calories from that at least be a little bit close
