Is there a way..

(and I'm sorry if this topic has already been posted before..)

But is there a way to enter in regular daily activity in to the exercise section that has to do with chasing around a crawling baby, picking him up (20+ lbs) hundreds of times a day..

like.. squats.. for picking him up.. or something to that effect??

Am I making any sense? Help would be greatly appreciated!

  • If it is part of your daily regime, you should already have that factored into your daily activity leve. ie, sedentary, lightly active, active. If was only something you did once a week or so, it would besomething your body wasnt accustomed to you could count it as excersize. Have you looked at your dily activity levels you have set on your profile?
