I need a buddy..or a support group
or something!! I need someone to keep me motivated! If someone is counting on me for something I am way more likely to do it, which is why I want someone to buddy up, we could keep each other on track and offer support to each other, anybody up for it?

I'm back!
It's been a few months since I've been here, but I am back! I'm not going to make any excuses as to why I was gone for so long, I was being lazy and unmotivated. I am back now though, this needs to be good for this time..

Anyone do/did Power 90 and see results?
I was thinking about purchasing this, but don't want to spend $60 if it won't be worth it, I have P90x but it says to do Power 90 or Slim 6 first (or something along those lines). Just wondering if Power 90 is worth the money =) Thanks!!:flowerforyou: ~Ari

I've decided the best/easiest/most convenient time for me to workout is very early in the morning around 5am.
