Raspberry Pear Crisp

This is a recipe from Taste of Homes Guilt Free Cooking, I made it for dessert last night it was sooooo yummy!!!

2 medium ripe pears, peeled and thinly sliced
3 cups fresh raspberries
2 tbsp. sugar
1 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp. stick margarine, melted
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, spray 8"x8" pan with cooking spray.

2. Place pears in bottom of pan, sprinkle with raspberries and sugar.

3. In a bowl, combine the oats, honey, margarine, cinnamon and nutmeg. Sprinkle over raspberries. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until pears are tender and mixture is bubbly.

Yield: 8 servings
