Ok, so it's nearly 1 am and I finally decided since tomorrow is my "Day 1" again now that I got a new scale and basically had to remotivate myself, I am going to start Chalean Extreme. Don't you love when friends order things and don't use them then give them away?:laugh: I've done a lot of research on it and really think it's for me. We'll see I guess! So basically tomorrow is my Day 1 and I'll be having my initial weigh in/pics/measurements tomorrow and start from there! I know I can do this and if anyone else is interested in trying this out or you already do, let me know and we can do it together!!!!

You can do it! I started ChaLEAN Extreme 7 weeks ago and I'm down 31lbs! woo! Just stick to it! I was 218 when I started and I'm 187 now. :-)
