I started wearing a large shirt and size 10 jeans. As of today i wear a small shirt & size 5 jeans. Think this momma gonna have to take shopping a little more serious. At 14 i was 180 lbs and today at 20 i weigh 130 pounds. So proud. <3 Thanks to everyone who made this possible with their kind encouragement.

Insanity vs 30 day shred
Im a jogger already. I run/walk 5ks. I weigh 137 pounds. (at 5'4). My goal is to lose the last 7 pounds and become a better runner. Im not sure wat other information you will have to know. Would yall recommend insanity or 30 day shred???? I just dont wanna waste money. Thanks!

Question
So i only burn around a 1000 cals a week and workout about 200 minutes a week. Should i be doing more? I only ask because i saw the 3500 cal a week challenge and thought 'no way Can anyone do that and yet they were' Wats a normal good amount of exercise without over doing?

intermitten fasting??/ im so confused
so im totally intersted in doing this. But i really dont know enough to start. Am im not suppose to eat for two days and then eat again.. I dont wanna hurt my body. So if anyone is an expert in this please give me a detail weekly plan for me to follow. Google couldnt even help me. :(

feeling fat...hmm
So when i was 150 i was confidence and feeling good. My sister started losing so i did too. But now that i track my food daily and exercise i feel fat. I guess im just more aware. and not turning a blind eye to the situation. Anyone else feel this way??

I JOGGED!!!!! okay okay i walked alot too. But i did 2 miles in 30 mins!!! THIS IS AMAZING FOR ME!! I want a video i will actually stick to. I tried zumba but sucked at it. I have no rythm. I cant do situps on the floor but i have a ab lounger for that. Could anyone recommend a video that might work for me?

im confused as hell. i dont lift weighs. Most of my exercise comes from walking or my stationary bike. I also use my ab lounger 2 times a week. My question is am i suppose to eat 1200 cals or should my net be 1200 cals. I usually eat around 1100-1200 and net about 800. is this okay?
