intermitten fasting??/ im so confused

so im totally intersted in doing this. But i really dont know enough to start. Am im not suppose to eat for two days and then eat again.. I dont wanna hurt my body. So if anyone is an expert in this please give me a detail weekly plan for me to follow. Google couldnt even help me.

Typical plan is every day, eating a set split like 16/8 with the 8 being the hours you eat in. For instance, you stop eating at 10pm and resume at 2pm the next day.
